A full refresh, and the traffic to match, for Daykin Scott
A dated site rebuilt from the ground up, then put in front of the right people.
Full website refresh
Daykin Scott had the practice. What they didn't have was a website that could show it, or bring anyone to it.
So we rebuilt the front end, reshaped the journey around the services people actually search for, shot new photography, and put paid media behind the lot.
The brief
An old site that was quietly costing them work.
Daykin Scott are accountants in Sutton Coldfield, working with businesses across the Midlands on everything from bookkeeping and VAT to tax and fractional finance leadership. The practice was in good shape. The website was not.
It was dated, slow to move around, and built in a way that hid the very thing people arrive looking for: which service they need and whether this firm does it. Anyone who did land on it had to work to find out. Most did not bother.

The rebuild

Every page was redesigned. A cleaner type system, a proper hierarchy, and layouts that give the firm room to look like the size of business it is, on a phone as much as a desktop.
Nothing was carried over for the sake of it. Where a page was not earning its place, it went.
The journey
One clear route per service
Accounting and bookkeeping, tax, payroll, fractional financial controller: four different problems arriving from four different searches.
So we gave each one its own route in, and made the choice obvious from the first screen. Nobody has to guess which page is theirs.
CONTENT CREATION
Photography shot for the site, not sourced for it
A full content shoot went alongside the build: the team, the office, the way they actually work. Stock photography of handshakes and skylines says nothing about a firm. Real photography of real people does, and it gave every page something honest to sit on.
Digital Marketing
Paid media, aimed at intent
With the site finally able to convert, we put paid advertising behind it, targeting the searches that signal someone is actively looking for an accountant, rather than casting wide and hoping.
Landing Pages
A site built to receive it
Traffic is only worth what the page does with it. Each campaign lands on the service page that matches the search, with the enquiry route in plain sight, so the click and the page agree with each other.
